Called this company out to urgently fix heating at my very elderly and infirm parents house. Lady on the phone pulled out all the stops and rearranged the engineers schedule resulting in the issue being tracked down and fixed mid afternoon. They certainly look after their customers. Highly recommend them .

Whenever you call the ladies at the office they are always annoyed. Waited all day for their appointment a few days ago - nothing. Wasted a whole day waiting for a bunch of uncoordinated people. Plumbers were nice but those who manage them need to understand this is a company not a circus.

We have used home heating on many occasions, from servicing our boiler to replacing our bathroom. We have always found them to be very reliable and respectful of our Home. I would highly recommend.
